All transactions that occur in the Spot Call Cheese, Butter, and Non-Fat Dry Milk markets result in the physical delivery of product.  The product offered for sale must meet the requirements and guidelines of the applicable product rules, included in chapters 51S, 53S, and 54S of the CME Rulebook respectively.

In addition, a spot commodity can only be resold in the spot market when a delivery has been completed and the buyer is in possession of the documents necessary to facilitate a delivery.  Additional details and rules governing a delivery time line are located in the CME Rulebook.

Failure to adhere to the rules and regulations of the exchange will result in fines assessed to clearing member firms.
